Founder & Team:

Gridlex is a multi disciplinary team in the US & India. Gridlex was founded by Nikhilesh Rao, who leads the product management, research, and analytics efforts at Gridlex and its affiliated company, Dexur. He has published studies along with Harvard Medical School researchers on healthcare topics and has been quoted in various publications on data & research topics. Prior to Gridlex, Nikhilesh was with the management consulting groups of Booz Allen Hamilton (Booz & Company) & Ernst Young (EY) in New York.
