Zendesk doesn't have Shared Inbox and Ticketing Combination
Zendesk software does not support the shared inbox feature i.e. they do not have a common shared mailbox to connect with their customers and internal team. Instead of a shared inbox, Zendesk offers a ticketing system that allows user to manage all their tickets in one place. Zendesk follows a highly complex mechanism to send Outbound emails, which is only possible after creating a ticket.
